The Last Time I Saw Bill
The thing with photographs is that you can give them titles to add to or give them a bit of a story. That may actually change the way a person views the image.
You're lucky, then. Looks like the dunes around Nipomo/Oceano. Most of the back dunes are private property and off-limits. Bill trespasses regularly, and gets kicked out regularly. Nice photo!
"The Last Time I Saw Biff"... hmmm... Not sure that has the same feel... haha! "Bill" is actually very funny because the aforementioned Bill is out hiking (illegally) in the dunes practically every weekend. Everyone knows Bill. Here's a picture: Bill

I stay in areas that are public. No reason to go and look for trouble.
