Blondes

The world has its share of blondes,

but there was one in particular that the Lieutenant 

had to find for things other than his usual reasons.

Did Iris have blood on her hands?

"Why do you think Iris is so wicked?" the Lieutenant asked.

"It's one of those things that a person feels,

you can just sense it when you are around someone like that" Emily replied.

Not much help the Lieutenant thought.

It seems that anyone who knew Iris Phillips didn't like her.

Emily, the housekeeper, hated her. She told the Lieutenant that Iris

had been to the estate many times in the last month.

Emily also felt that Iris was a wicked woman who'd upset the old man.

Emily believed that Iris was after the Senator's money and would have done anything to get it.

Back at the station,

the Lieutenant spent the rest of the day

looking through the statements of the servants,

and friends of the old man.

The Lieutenant left the Senator's house.

He was headed back to the station.
