The news reports are starting to trickle in and it doesn't look good for the State of California. Tax revenues are down as expected, which means a growing budget deficit. Stories are floating around and most of them indicate that the legislature wants to tax anything and everything, as long as it doesn't have to be approved by the voters.As for the proposed State Park closures... still looks like they're going to happen.
Hold on to your wallets, it's going to be a bumpy budget ride!
