Sink or Swim
When I was a kid I wanted to learn how to swim. It seemed like so much fun, but I was timid. My grandfather solved that by pushing me into the deep end of a pool. He stood at the side and watched as I slowly realized that in my panic, I wasn't sinking, but rather staying afloat. I'd discovered the dog paddle. By the end of that day I was swimming up a storm, and loving it. It was a lesson I carried with me from that day forward. If you want to learn or do something in life you need to dive in and let come what may....
