So, after having to place my mother in Alzheimer's care,
the family is in the process of settling her affairs....
This has involved cleaning out her place and turning off utilities,
and the utility companies were great... very very helpful,
but when it comes to the mortgage company and HOA,
not a chance... not a good way to do business folks.
We won't be ignored, so step up and do the right thing....
A deal is a deal, and you need to live by the rules you make.
