Another Game Changer

Amazon announced Kindle Unlimited, a subscription service for folks who like to read. I know they weren't the first to do this, but now that they're in the game we should see the future of book distribution and how folks consume that media changed for good.

Sink or Swim

When I was a kid I wanted to learn how to swim. It seemed like so much fun, but I was timid. My grandfather solved that by pushing me into the deep end of a pool. He stood at the side and watched as I slowly realized that in my panic, I wasn't sinking, but rather staying afloat. I'd discovered the dog paddle. By the end of that day I was swimming up a storm, and loving it.  It was a lesson I carried with me from that day forward. If you want to learn or do something in life you need to dive in and let come what may....
