Technology has been woven into our daily lives so much that when something goes wrong it's hard for us to function.
We've become a little soft. In life, when dealing with challenges, a good rule of thumb is to: Adapt, Improvise, and Overcome.
This applies to the world in general, not just tech.

It never ends
Technology has a dark side. One of which is hardware failures.
The other is shoddy operating systems.
In less than two weeks I've had two systems go down.
The culprit each time turned out to be a corrupt file that prevented Windows from loading.
This meant the system was DOA in each case.
It didn't matter that the systems were running behind firewalls, that complete system scans were done on an ongoing basis.
Updates and antivirus protection didn't help either.
Laptop and desktop both fell prey. Both on a different version of Windows.
The point of all of this is to keep in mind that things can and will go wrong.
The best laid plans...

Google Voice Search, and more
When Apple releases this update, it will change things a whole lot... and more. Oh, Siri
Seriously.... things have changed and come to fruition since I first posted this, not that long ago.
Can't reach you
We never did much talking...
Technology oddly took you further away...
You've become invisible...
Beyond reach...
Out of touch...
