Vacant Seats

I've flat lined and just don't know it.
Filling vacant seats with no one.
Grey is the world around me.

California could use a few more empty seats up in Sacramento... it might help to slow down how fast they spend other people's money.

Will the State go bankrupt? Only time will tell...
