Governance seems to be something taken lightly these days, mostly by the folks in office. Elected Officials seem to have a general disdain for the people who elected them and a complete disregard for the duties of their office. Just look at the mess California is in.Of course voters are partly responsible. They want their Elected Officials to take care of them from the cradle to the grave.
I'm from the school of thought that believes that the least government is the best.
